About the Role
We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team. A receptionist is an administrative specialist who greets guests and performs assisting duties to office personnel and potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual to build administrative skills in an innovative, specialized industry. This position indicates that you will be the first point of contact to Bellissimissima Aesthetics Med Spa, meaning that the initial interaction and service you provide is just as important as the treatments that we offer. Requirements
Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions of their visit.
Answer all phone calls on behalf of office employees in a professional demeanor.
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, staff, or vendors to maintain positive relationships.
Learn and effectively use the med spa's computer software system, AestheticsPro, for all scheduling and treatment organization.
Process invoices for customers for checkout processing.
Utilize sales skills in-person and over the phone with up- and cross-selling techniques.
Maintain the reception area with healthy organization and cleanliness.
Contribute to a smooth and steady operation of our office.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent at minimum.
2 years of previous experience in retail sales and/or customer service is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Strong organization skills due to responsibility of various office-related documentation.
Ability to multitask, to adapt to sudden changes throughout the shift and prioritize workloads.
Familiarity with office software, AestheticsPro, is preferred; on-the-job training is provided to learn about the software.
