SCHEDULING POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment and well-being are our top priorities. We’re dedicated to delivering a tailored and uplifting experience to each one of our clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary to have schedule adjustments. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice, should you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. Please contact us at (440) 385-7299 to make those changes.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hours notice will incur a $75 fee. If you need to contact outside of service hours, please leave a detailed voicemail or email.
NO SHOW POLICY
Those subject to a No Show Fee of $100 are clients who do not attend their scheduled appointments without any notice.
LATE POLICY
If you anticipate being delayed, please inform us within 15 minutes of your scheduled treatment. Our late policy implies a limited timeframe and procedure of treatments, without adjusting the fixed price. Failure to communicate a delay will be treated as a No Show, and the applicable No Show Fee mentioned above will be enforced.
SALES POLICY
All sales are final at Bellissimissima Aesthetics Med Spa and clients cannot be given refunds for services, treatments, or products provided.
